The ribeye I picked out has a lot of marbling through it it’s a pretty fatty cut. But omg the flavour compared to sirloin is like night and day. So is the calories lmao 😂

The steaks I had in America was some of the best I ever had so when I came back here I was surprised to see ribeye getting more popular.
I missed the bone in ribeye from Texas Roadhouse

They look great. I love fresh fruit like this. I have just used the last of mine today and my next shopping delivery isn’t until next Saturday. I might come back to your page each day and drool over the pictures!

Today’s been nice sun warming the bedroom up lovely 😊
I ordered some whey protein mango flavour so hoping it will taste like a mango lassi.
And a sushi rolling mat so at somepoint going to be making vegetable sushi.

For some reason I just don’t like raw fish I’m fine with redmeat but something about raw fish just churns my stomach.
I also found skinny syrup online and I want the cotton candy flavour lmao. Haven’t ordered it yet though.

Today my weigh day came in at 5lb woooo
Is nice outside so I walked to Aldi and picked up them skinny sausages :D
Also some salmon and watermelon.
Few days ago I found some 100% dark chocolate from M&S I read that it’s really good for you so I thought why not, I had no idea 5g of the stuff would cover so much surface area on the yogurt haha.
Might try melt it down and drizzle it next time.

it’s still a long journey ahead but I’m determined to get to the way I want to be because I’m not going to get any younger and I already wasted so much of my youth.

I made some stewed rhubarb 500g using lemon zest, all spice and fruit sugar (fructose) 30g comes at 200 calories with yoghurt. Will proberly have some tomorrow.

Haven’t had rhubarb since I was in primary school! Cooking it for the first time the smell brought back a lot of memory’s of my childhood.
Is it supposed to be a greenish colour or more red?
because mine turned out greenish lol.
