Went out today at 5am and to the hills! 😅
Managed nearly 21k steps and 200 floors this morning.
came back and had a bath and put my pjs on lol.
Traveled higher up than I have done before and got a pleasant surprise. Lots of coos!

Curry was amazing not had a meal like that since last summer crazy!

Yea set an alarm but only got 3 hours of sleep but I really wanted to go walking early last night haha.

Saw some cows today, took pictures but they were too far in the field.

Dolly I take pictures because later on when I am stuck for recipes or cannot remember what i have eaten, then I can refer to them and remind myself of my eating habits. Also it helps to see where I am going wrong if I am not losing or gaining.
 
I use my food diary for that, I just go back to the weeks when I lost and eat the same.

I bought a 12 week food diary out of Poundland, so cheap and its actually lovely.
 
Today was awsome
Have a big hike this Sunday so I ordered some trekking poles from amazon this morning and got it the same day. So I put my knee brace on and went out to the hills to try it out.

was a little awkward getting used to the technique but once i got a better grasp of it was a lot easier
And get this. First time in 12 years and 2 years since my really bad knee injury.

I managed to jog! And I did that up some little inclines and through the forest. The poles giving me momentum and stability was amazing.

stopped as soon as I felt my knees getting tired so not to be pushing my luck but it’s a step or rather many in the right direction 🤣
Got 23k steps done today.

Today’s been nice no walk today saving my energy LOL for Sunday haven’t been really hungry today either hoping I don’t have huge pangs tomorrow!

Want to go out and try jogging again but scared I will f my knee up and won’t be able to do the hike so it’s a mixture of excitement and frustration haha.

If I listen to my head instead of my heart then I know it’s best to leave the jogging untill after Sunday. However I might go for a another wee wander again early in the morning and stop off at the shops on my way back to get some dinner and meat to make for the packed lunch.

might be a grenade bar or a wrap not sure yet?
Might get a small lunch box and make a little portion of salad and pasta will see how I feel

Also found a cookie from the same company that I buy my whey protein from at the coop LoL
So tried that and was lovely. However forgot to picture it! But I found one online as a replacement haha.
