0% milk as hea and syn value

Hi if I use the 0% milk do I get morw as my hea and what would the syn value be if I had used my hea for cheese or something else that day?

Skimmed milk is 9 syns for 568 ml. So if you used your 350 ml allowance it would be around 6 syns. (most h/e's are around 6 syns)
