0pp food question

Can you have too many 0pp daily/weekly,and if so, can/will it effect your weight loss?
 
I do find if I have a wk of hardly any 0pp foods and eat mainly pointed food my losses r a small bit bigger!
 
At class last night she said to write down the portions of fruit and veg as if your losses stop and not going over points this could be the likely source.
