Hello im just asking/wondering if anyone does there own version. I am on CD atm and was thinking about having 2 shakes with healthy snacks and a protein meal = 800 cals a day??
( Im not doing this.. but wondering if it would work)
Stay safe and follow a proper programme. Choose one where you are allowed veg so you can keep eating something. This will keep you safe during your reduction phase and teach you to eat healthy veg/salad every day if you don't already.
If CD products don't suit you, read through the Exante and Save and Slim forums and see if another may suit you better.
