1 Cal Salad Sprays

I am looking at these to help with my veggie eating.....

I have seen two of them, the balsamic and the caesar. I love balsamic but i notice that it has citric acid but i imagine its such a tiny amount maybe it won't have any effect? Is anyone using this one ? And have you found it ok?

these sound interesting, where did you find them? I do use the one cal spray to squirt 3 sprays before putting any chicken in with veggies to roast.

they are in sainsbury's so probably in tesco too. They are the same make as the fry light stuff and i've heard people on here talking about them so interested to find out what they are like

I have the Caesar one and it smells really good but you need a fair few sprays to be able to taste it, then it can start to taste a bit artificial too. Haven't tried the balsamic but Caesar is still prob bette than just plain lettuce!

This is good to know. I didnt realise how much sauce etc i must have bn using on salad & veg until i tried them plain lol.

I've only found them in Sainsbury's, I'm having a salad now with the balsamic spray! I do about 8 sprays, but then the salad is all 200g of my allowance plus tuna so quite big! I also put herbs on, sage works well, and I use Perfect Shake Seasoning | Chicken, Fish, Lamb, Pork, Steak & More | Schwartz the salad ones at the bottom of the page. They also work in the meals!
