Hello

I am an online slimming world member and would like to start losing, but have so far failed miserably! However, I use the tesco 1& milk and can't find this in the drop down list, does anyone know how much you can have as an "A" healthy extra?

Many thanks

I don't know for sure but as skimmed (0.1%) is 350ml and semi-skimmed (1.5-2%) is 250ml, I'd say probably 275-300ml?

The 1% milk is 275ml as Healthy A, assuming the Tesco and Sainsbury's one are the same (I get Sainsbury's).

I would advise you to contact SW for help with this one. Not all 1% milks are the same and you need to bear in mind that if you don't have the correct amount it goes from being a healthy extra to being synned. Waitrose 1% milk alllows you 300ml, The One allows 280ml and Sainsbury allows 275ml so although all would seem to be the same product at 1% fat milk there are differences.
Good luck
