1% Milk

Can anyone tell me the syn value for 100ml of 1% milk from Morrisson's? It's the purple bottle! I know I can use it as a HX but I'd never use the whole measurement so would rather use it as syns and use a different product as my HX.

I don't know exactly but you can have 350ml as a Healthy Extra, and most Hex's are 6 syns so I did the calculation and got 1.7 syns for 100ml. I guess if you took it as 2 then you probably wouldn't be going over =)

Sorry but you only get the same as semi skimmed milk for your HEA - so only 250mls Im afraid

ah my bad, my consultant said you got 350ml but she might have been talking about a different kind of milk =/
