Hi all
was going to start refeed tommorow BUT been to the chemist for my WI and i lost 3lb which i am very very pleased with, but that gets me down to 11st 2lbs my goal weight was 11st. So me and the lady at the chemist laughed and said 1 more week HOPEFULLY i will be 10st something by then. Not bothered in the slightest to be honest got used to my shakes, i will miss them (sad i no ) lol
