Strawberries and orange

Mid morning - alpen bar and apple

Lunch - 2 X nimble (5 syns)
2 X laughing cow ( 3 syns) beans & egg. Muller light and apple

Tea - turkey curry and brown rice
 
27 th day

Breakie - 2 X Weetabix ( heb)
250 ml milk ( hea)
Orange,apple & banana

Mid morning - alpen bar and apple.

Lunch - cheese,ham & tomato sandwich (8 syns) & salad .

BLOWN IT TODAY!

Tea - Dominos pizza & choccy brownie had family down .

Bad Food Day Mothers day choccys, ice cream and general bad choices today enjoyed but not sure if I'll weigh tomorrow!

I'm back! Had a set back gained 3 lb and went totally of track due to being ill I'm trying to claw back my damage so here goes again....
 
Hiya yeah it was ok I enjoyed it planning your meal is the key I'm disappointed I've slipped back but onwards and upwards!

Shape yogurt and orange.

Tea - chilli chicken stir fry with mushrooms, onions, peppers light soy sauce and chilli flakes

Snack - alpen bar (4.5 syns) apple & strawberries, 2 X laughing cow (3 syns)
