1 Stone challenge

    Anybody want to join me in loosing 1 stone!!??

    I want to push myself and get this stone off as quickly as possible with tasty slimming world recipes and exercise :-D xx It would be amazing to have a few more members onboard to help support each other to get that stone off!! We could do our own weigh in once a week and share recipe ideas etc.....LETS DO THIS!!

    Yep I'll join you! I'd like to lose a stone before I go on holiday on 12/6. It's a bit of a stretch for me as I struggle to lose more than a pound a week but this may spur me on a bit more. I weigh on a Thursday. I find red days give me a better weight loss an only have green/EE days if I'm eating out or working longer than normal hours. How about yourself? Xx

    I tend to do EE and Green days mostly but it's only because I can't really get my head around what to eat on Red days, but this is where this thread will help massively, haha. I'm thinking about doing a super speed week with the soup to shed some weight, I might do that in a couple of weeks!! I'm sure you'll lose a stone in time for your holiday in June.

    I'm going to Nandos tonight for a meal so I really need to get back on track tomorrow :-/ xx

    That's great, thanks for joining me!! I'm sure you'll lose the stone by the 12/6, that's like 6ish weeks! Maybe a super speed soup might help nearer the time to shed the last few lbs? :) xx

    I tend to do EE/Green days. This is only because I never know what to cook for red days, lol, but this is why this group will be good as we can share recipe ideas etc...

    I'm going to Nandos tonight so I really need to get back on track tomorrow! Think I'm going to make diet coke chicken :) xx

    I have more than a stone to lose but would love at least a stone of before i go to glastonbury in june, ideally would love more but left it a bit late.

    I'm trying to increase my exercise. I cancelled appointments with my personal trainer the last 2 weeks but when to see him last night and went to the gym this morning.

    I'm out for drinks tomorrow night so hoping i can stay away from takeaways on monday. Especially since i have my first weigh in on tuesday x

    I eat a lot of soups and salads on red days, piri piri chicken salad is a current favourite of mine, I'll have boiled eggs with my salads to bulk them out a bit more and make SW scotch eggs aswell. I really u fancied cottage pie least week but didn't want to use potato for my b choice, so I made it using carrot and swede instead - I do the same with things like sausage and mash etc.

    I've just been to my local green grocer and bought 4 punnets of raspberries, 2 punnets if strawberries, a big punnet of grapes, a big bunch of bananas, a bag of oranges, mixed peppers, a lettuce and a cucumber for £9.50 - I'll be going there from now on instead of the supermarket for fruit and veg!

    Thanks. I'm going to start my weigh in tomorrow and will be weighing sundays. 12 weeks till holiday so thats end of july. Ideally would like to lose 16 pounds minimum.

    Yay!! Welcome onboard guys!! :-D xx we can definitely do this. I had a bad day yesterday as I went for a meal :-/ xx I am making diet coke chicken for tea tonight!! I need to go shopping too so does anyone have any low syn treat ideas, haha. I'm gonna go Aldi and then morrisons! Xx

    Aldis version of wotsits are something like 5 syns. The sugar free hartleys jelly pots are half a syn each. Walkers pops are somewhere around 4 syns each. The new muller light chocolate desserts are 5 syns (the mint ones are lush)! Xx

    9 weeks before my holiday and a bit like Kikaroo I am losing it slowly... Would love to join... My official weigh in is Monday nights... LETS DO IT.

    Going go go for a two hour walk (or drag) with the two fur balls lol this morning.... Plan to swim every night for about 45 mins followed with a 15 min sauna.... Hopefully that will speed things up a bit (here's hoping).
