S: 12st6lb C: 11st1lb G: 9st10lb BMI: 24.3 Loss: 1st5lb(10.92%)
Smaller weight loss this week - am pretty sure it's because of the exercising I am doing - I run every day for an hour - but 5lb suits me tho as I have lost a stone in two weeks!!
Most of the advice centres around not doing so much exercise during the diet but I have to reconcile the mental well being of exercise but also the long term goal of weight loss maintenence

healthy eating and exercise have to be a part of my long term health plan so I am going to stick with the exercise and possibly lose weight slower!!!

hope everyone got great results - am pleased with mine - slow and sure wins the race :D :D :D :D
