Hey everyone hope you are all doing well! Finally felt I would post and introduce myself....My name is Catherine, I am 25 and am 5ft 7ins. I am 7 stone overweight and am on this crazy way of life for the third time and I know it is the only time I have been positive for the last year to be able to do it :)

Just wondered if anyone had any ideas for rewards I can give myself? I don't have a bath otherwise that would be first on my list ;) and I am limited on money as trying to get myself out of debt ready for the spending sprees that will be coming my way in a few months!!

I would appreciate any advice on this thank you!

    Hi Cathrine,
I am glad that you have joined the gang- I am also new on here!
I treat myself to simple things such as, waxing at home (it really does make you feel good- sorry guys who are reading this, shaping your eyebrows, a good one is to buy an exfoliator and mask and have your own home facial. I love deep conditioning my hair and styling it- you actually feel that you have been to the hair salon, but the bite has not been taken out of your pocket. The best old ones being- painting feet and hand nails as well as a good book! Only that i don't get to do mine because i am so busy.

Having a girly night - whatever the age of the "girls" is fun! Loud music, face masks, manicures, pedicures etc etc etc.

My friends and i have a session every 3 to 4months and we all bring along toiletries/make up etc we wouldn't use otherwise .... and use them on each other. It's a laugh, a good night that costs nothing and doesn't involve food or drink (although my mates do bring along some wine!!)

Hi Tatty, I'm also 5'7" and am well on the way to losing my excess 7 stone!

I love going to shops and trying on smaller clothes, particularly ones I could not even afford if I had any money! It's even better if you can do it with a mate - chose an outfit for each other to try on! :p

Take the time to visualise how you'll look after losing ANOTHER stone.:D

Aww thanks for your post AmandaJayne! I am very happy for you for losing so much weight! :D
I cannot wait till I am down to 14 stone, so god knows what I will be like when I am in the 13's!! I have decided that I am going to take piccies of me every stone I lose as I think I will see the difference more that way :)
I find it quite difficult to see myself in my head lighter as I am still in denial that I am as big as I am now (I hope that makes sense!!)...not quite sure how to combat that one to be honest.

    Take care!!

Working my way down the sizes in Evans cos it's a great feeling to find a size is too big. Waiting for the day when I'll be too slim to shop there. Only go to try on not to buy so cheap.

Also bought myself CD or DVD that i've always wanted that cost about £5

"I find it quite difficult to see myself in my head lighter as I am still in denial that I am as big as I am now (I hope that makes sense!)"

Yes Tatty, it makes alot of sense actually. Why? Because I was gobsmacked when I saw my "before" photo at the end of 100 days. Did I really look like that? Oh my God! I will need to 'scan' the photos and post them on this site (I don't know how, I will find out).

"have a look in charity shops, you can treat yourself with little money in them!"

That's right canireallydothis! I bought a beautiful, immaculate wool/cashmere swing coat last week for a tenner at a Shelter shop - I don't think it had ever been worn. (In a size 16!)

don't have a bath otherwise that would be first on my list ;)

Oh Tatty, that's a realy shame. I love having a hot bubble bath (LOTS of bubbles) particularly as my bum does not block the water at one end any more!
