doesnt the yogurt curdle with the heat? Or if you put them in after taking it off the heat wont the curry be cold? sorry if this sounds silly but thats the only thing putting me off

No it doesn't curdle , try it is delicious

Think I will be trying this at the weekend, OH has been moaning about wanting a curry. Might have a cheeky 5 syn ww naan on the side...

Tonights tea - 1.5 syns as I used 3 Greek mullers betweeen myself and hubby I added 2 onions and a full punnet of mushrooms too

However - you can make this syn free by using the brooklea greek coconut yogurts from Aldi which are 99p for 4 and they taste just the same
