1 year ago and now

As it is coming up to 1 year after I first walked into the SW club, I though it would be good to show how far I have managed to come.

Here's a photo of me pre-SW when I was at my work xmas do.

Here are a few I took today.





I have shrunk from a size 18 in the first pic to a size 8 in the last set (got 6lbs left to go).
