A friend of mine convinced me to try this 'system' where you try to be really healthy for 10 days and relax for 4 days. That means, you should not follow any specific diet but be really good with food and training for 10 days and then not really think about it for 4 days (however, not completely let go).
Anyone tried it? I think I will give it a shot - see if that is going to take me to the minus 3 stones
