A friend of mine convinced me to try this 'system' where you try to be really healthy for 10 days and relax for 4 days. That means, you should not follow any specific diet but be really good with food and training for 10 days and then not really think about it for 4 days (however, not completely let go).

Anyone tried it? I think I will give it a shot - see if that is going to take me to the minus 3 stones :D Not sure how long it will take, but let me know if anyone else have tried it...
 
So all starting really well. First day motivation is always high - and as I am not really following a specific diet I just feel great about all the healthy options I have gone for. Let see if it will later turn out to be a bad idea not having a special diet :devilangel:

Motivation: fit into a specific dress for a birthday-party two month from now.
Challenge: lose two dress-sizes before October 1st.

Not tried that one, although I know I would find it hard to get back into being good after having 4 free days :) Good luck and let us know how you get on xx
