I have set myself a goal that within a year I will lose the 10 stone that I have to lose to get to a healthy weight and maintain the loss afterwards.
I would like on average to lose 5lbs a week which means that it would be 28 weeks for 10stone but I understand that been on a VLCD for that long would cause my body maybe some harm. And in that time I do go away on holiday twice.
If i stook this this and as it states in the guide had weeks where I had the shakes and a 400-600kcal meal through those weeks and the whole weightloss cycle I can do it?
What do you lovely people advise?
