10 week challenge

Hi ladies,

Just changing my goal. I think I was overly ambitious with 15lbs in 10 weeks especially as I was a very healthy weight when I started. I've been losing 1-1.5lbs a week.
Also, my "goal" for this challenge is 10 stone 5 which is an annoying number haha. So I'm making it 10 and a half stone, meaning I have 9lbs left to lose rather than 11. Sounds like an insignificant difference (2lbs) but I haven't yet even lost 2lbs in one week and I'm pressuring myself to eat less etc because I'm trying to meet goals that perhaps are attainable for me personally.

It's been 4 weeks today for me! Get an ecig, it worked wonders for me and iv not really touched it for a week now xx
 
Blimey you two like making it hard for yourselves ;-) Dieting AND giving up smoking! You both deserve medals! Well Done to both of you on both fronts.x

Lol. Thanks. Used a few weeklies but not many. Enjoying loads of fruit and decaf black coffee. I think its because of the weather but im loving salad atm too.

Well done! I've been ok today actually I've not thought about smoking much, yesterday was a real test for me coz I did my A&E volunteering and I always smoke when I'm driving but I didn't let myself stop to buy any thankfully so I should be ok but if I fall off the wagon I'll buy an ecig :)

This is the first time I've had a couple of minutes to log on and see how everyone else is doing... AWESOME! is how everyone else is doing!

So far, we've lost 60lbs between us and we are only 2 weeks in Woohoo! Go use WW girlies!

Struggling a bit today... found myself staring into the pantry and the fridge... hoping for something really fatty and sugary to jump into my mouth!
Luckily, there's nothing in there that fits that description!!

That's what happens when you have a weekend of using up your weeklies..... This week I need to cut down my alcohol intake..... Way too much wine! (although it was all within my allowances, it was still too much!)
My weigh day this week will be Wednesday....
