Can I play please, I don't know how to add my name on! I'd like to loose 14lb in 10 weeks, today I've had chicken stuffed with quark and spinach and some veg, lts of fruit and for tea I'm havig steak, portabello mushroom tomatoes and goats cheese with veg, probably followed by fruit x

what all did you put in your fanta chicken?

fanta zero, soy sauce, passata, and a table spoon of sweet chilli, onion and peppers... thats it...

i put it all in a dish uncooked in the oven for an hourish.. done!

Its kind of like a sweet bbq type sauce. quite hard to explain but nice. I had with onions and peppers and some rice. I think im going to have Fanta chicken tonight for dinner.
