Brunch: Mince pie Hifi bar (hexb), Satsuma, apple and a kiwi.

Dinner: Birds eye fish fingers x4 (12 syns) SW wedges, Mushy peas, Ketchup 1 tbsp (1 syn)

P:Melon and pineaple.

S:350 ml Skimmed milk (hexa), 2 tsp Nesquick banana milk shake powder (2 syns)

L: Pasta, Chicken, Onion, Homemade Mayonaise using olive oil (1 hexb+ 6 syns), Satsuma.

S: Barley Sugar (1.5 syns)

D: Creamy Cajun Chicken with rice and veggies.

Same here hun! I have been so busy over the last couple of weeks it has really been hard but now I'm bk at home I really need to shift some of the flab before Wi on wednesday!
