100 Days until Christmas

47/100, 47/79. Yes I guess 3 little syns is not a lot relatively speaking. I won't count mine but you do what you feel is right for you, better to feel positive than get despondant. I did walk over 10000 steps yesterday so I probably walked those off. Anyway back on track today and at least 3 below so it squared in the end.

Only had 8.5 syns today and had an hour workout

Don't know what's happening for the next few days: meal out Thurs and Friday then away with the family for the weekend.
I'm going to try my best to make the right choices but keep at it and i'll still be following x

Just wondering where you are synstar, as you started this thread? I find it very useful and will continue to the end but I wish the people who started at the beginning made an appearance every so often. Maybe you could post on Xmas eve!! It's good to have sammie88 for company every so often.

Lol I was wondering the same about synstar, just us 2 left and I did vanish for a while, sorry!

Both Christmas parties are out of the way now (and i was not a member of the clean plate club which is something to be proud of) ...so I've just got to get this centerparcs weekend done then I'm back in the game! I'm not pigging out though!
 
Way over today although if I worked it out I may have some spare syns to balance it out but I'm trying not to work that way now. 49/100, 49/82

Been doing a fair bit of walking at centerparcs and dancing at both Christmas parties!
I was hoping you would hit your 50 mark today but u have kept it up good so far so one day isn't bad x

I have just got back from centerparcs and don't feel like I pigged out which is good
I will weigh myself in the mornin and I'm straight back to work tomoro too!

Oh no just looked on the tick chart I printed off for this 100 day challenge and for me to hit 50 I must be 100% everyday up to and including Christmas Eve ...but I have at least 2 days with food related plans ...maybe my goal will be to hit 45 lol
This has been good though, I think I will do this again... Maybe a shorter count down for Easter? And then for my wedding in June?
I wish I did this countdown in the summer I was 100% almost everyday lol ...until I was in bed ill for a month with food poisoning I've really lost my control since then and this count shows that

I really want to make up for it all now though and stop making excuses
 
Good luck with your goal, sounds good enough to me. I hope to make 60 but not totally confident. I am going to start a 365 day count from Jan 1st, it won't be necessary to check in every day but whenever possible with an update. This count has been very useful so I want to keep it up. My aim will be to reach goal and stay there for the rest of the year.

I have reached the goal I set for myself this year. I hope to stay at this weight or less until the end of the year and then set a new goal for 2013

just out of curiosity what was ur goal?

I have come down with a rotten cold and couldn't follow the diet strictly yesterday cos I couldn't eat what I'd planned and was at work
Gunna try better today cos it's my day off work so I'm stuck in the house with only healthy food
Had to sacrifice a gym session too :-(

I am now 160lbs, down 12lbs mainly since around September, so lost about 4lbs a month which was my aim. I'm amazed! Now I would like to lose another 12lbs which will bring me within the right bmi for my height, (5'5''), with a bit to spare. I think some weight always goes on when coming off a diet even on maintainance so a few spare pounds are essential.
Hope you feel better soon, lots of vit c, satsumas etc would be useful.

Well done on the weight loss you must have a real confidence boost!
I've managed to have a good day even though Iv got my cold 38/89 of 100 I want a weight loss this week
