100 days !!!

Ahh reading your post Sukie, you sounded like me! I really do know how you feel! Isn't it marvelous?

You will be fine when you begin eating again. One thing to be aware of is that for the first day or two, you may feel bloated after eating the protein. That will pass. Your stomach is just getting over the shock of solid food!

Think of it as a great chance to try new, healthy foods, and get into good healthy habits. Funnily enough, you may find you prefer healthy options to previously enjoyed 'junk'.

You have learned and absorbed a lot over the past 100 days, more than you may be aware. Trust yourself and you will not let you down. I've got a feeling that you'll do just fine Sukie.
