100% for 3 weeks and I am STARVING!

Last two days I've been starving.

I've not broken the diet, I've even tried a bit of extra water but nothing works!

How on earth can I be so hungry 3 weeks into the diet when I've stuck to it 100%? :confused:
 
This happened to me on week 3 too. Unfortunately, I fell off the wagon and had to get back into ketosis, then I was reminded what starving really felt like :( Keep at it, drink your water and it will pass.
 
What packs are you using? I have read in here that for some the bars can make you feel more hungry and I know that I feel more hungry if I only have shakes for all 3 meals. Are you spreading the times out evenly though the day? Have you introduced a new type of pack or drink? All of these things are worth considering.
 
I've been having porridge for breakfast, a meal for lunch and a bar for dinner.

Each meal is usually at least 4-5 hours after the last one. Been having 2L fizzy water a day plus 3-4 cups of peppermint tea and the odd glass of tap water when I can face it :D

Not feeling as bad today - I wonder if it was something that happens around the TOTM?
