Today had been a really strange one!

I have been 100% brilliant for a whole week, have been drinking loads of water and I'm in ketosis, but all of a sudden today I'm really hungry. Yesterday I felt great and wasn't interested in eating anything at all. How can it change so quickly and without any reason for it? Does anyone else get days like this? The only thing I did differently was a bit of light exercise this morning...could this be the reason maybe?

Yes, I'm currently on SS at the moment. I must have done about 10-15 minutes of hula hooping this morning and I thinking this can be the only reason why I'm feeling like this today. Will leave off the exercise until I move up a level then I think. Don't think i'll be losing much sleep about that anyway ;)
