100% on night shifts?

Im starting 4 12 hour night shifts from tonight and Im a bit worried. I know a few of you do nights and just wondered how you coped with them whilst on 100%?

Any advice would be helpful!

I used the CD whilst doing 12 hour night shifts. I actually found it easier at night! Not too sure why, just get into a routine like during the day. Youll be fine.
