100% week club??

    Hi, does anyone wanna join me in an attempt to do a 100% week??
    Im getting weighed today at 6 and i no the scales are going to say a gain because iv eaten rubbish this week!! Kfc,dominos,wine and too much chocci!
    Plus TOTM
    And iv hardly been the gym aswell!
    So im aiming for a 100% week, i no today wednesday and thursday will be easy for me but im having visitors this weekend so thats when im going to find it hard,drink,currys...etc :(
    Im going to save every possible point for fri an sat so ill see how it goes!
    Would love any support :) xx

    Done 100% today and it was easy! Actually enjoyed everything iv eaten too!
    Half a melon and a banana for breakfast

    Half a crustless quiche lorraine 9pp
    Lots and lots of salad 0pp
    1x xlight cheese triangle 0pp
    Ww hula hoops 2pp
    Sugar free jelly 0pp
    Can of pepsi max 0pp

    Ww spag bol 8pp
    Extra mushrooms,onions,pepper,and pasata sauce 0pp
    Ww garlic baguette 5pp

    Lunch- 2 toast 3pp
    30g Philidelphia xtra light 1pp

    Tea
    1/3 asda good for u quiche 8pp

    27/29 and iv been the gym and done 20mins on the bike 5.5k
    15mins cross trainer
    100 sit ups
