Hi, does anyone wanna join me in an attempt to do a 100% week??
Im getting weighed today at 6 and i no the scales are going to say a gain because iv eaten rubbish this week!! Kfc,dominos,wine and too much chocci!
Plus TOTM
And iv hardly been the gym aswell!
So im aiming for a 100% week, i no today wednesday and thursday will be easy for me but im having visitors this weekend so thats when im going to find it hard,drink,currys...etc
Im going to save every possible point for fri an sat so ill see how it goes!
