1000 cal a day diet

I want to do this for a 2 week kick start. I'm 5'2" so I don't think its drastically low but can anyone with any experience give me suggestions of what I can eat for my meals please?
I'd like the diet to be as healthy and filling as possible please.

im on rosemary conley diet and the kickstart on that is 1200 for 2 weeks then 1400 for another 2 weeks. i have started a diary in the calorie counting diary section, although im still on day 1. but it mite give u an idea of the calorie content of some things. i also have an old diary over in the rc section if u want to have a look theres a few more days in it. i tend to try to eat some fruit and dairy during the day, and the way rc advises u to do it is 200cals for bfast, 300 for lunch and 400 for dinner. 2x50 cal snacks and the other 200 is for milk allowance but i dont always use that and would have an extra yoghurt or something instead. if ur planning to stick to 1000 u could just leave that out.
