Hi guys. i have the 1000 plan ahead of me shortly and was wondering if anybody had any recipes as there are only one or two in the book that i like the look of, and the amount of carbs/veg are slightly different if you are going on it long term. for eg i was hoping to be able to make a quorn bolognaise or something as i despise olives and am not too keen on chick peas but in the ingredients menu tomatoes aren't on it, but they are in the set meals... does that make sense?
