1000cal plan anyone?

After calling head office I will be starting the 1000 plan as I can't afford to purchase three shakes a day. I was advised to do it this way. I will be joining a counsellor tomorrow and wondered if anyone else has/is doing this plan could offer any words of wisdom. Hope to hear from you all soon.

I have done 1000 plan with good results. There is a messageboard specifically for it on this site.

The advantage is that it's much more like a conventional diet than lower plans. Your weight loss won't be as fast but you'll be eating fruit and starchy carbs so won't be in ketosis, which means any carby slip-ups are less important. I'll definitely do it again when I'm ready to up my calories from 810.

There's a new cookbook CWP have released, called 'meals in minutes' which has some good recipes for step three (for all the steps from 2 up, actually). It's £8.99 and your CDC can order it for you. I find the recipies in the handbook a bit limited.
