I hope you get better soon. I can tell from first hand experience how frustrating being inactive can be after being mobile. Not that i was running any marathons as I am disabled myself. I have MS and so my body doesn't always do what i want. It can come on suddenly an attack and you never know how long it wants to stay. During that time my world shrinks and I am reliant on others namely hubby to be my legs so to speak. I can relate to medication making you want to eat like everything in sight.

Like Shrinkingviolet no more said. Do one thing at a time concentrate on getting back on your feet. Then when your ready hop back on to your diet programme. Concentrate on one thing at a time is everything is a bit overwhelming at the minute. Remember there is light at the end of the tunnel you won't be on crutches forever just for a short time.

I am so sorry. How extremely annoying and painful.
