10pounds to lose

Hi all,happy new year! I want to lose about 10 pounds, I've joined slimming world again and am starting today, I lost 5 stone on the plan about 3 years ago so I know it works when u stick to it:) I just wondered when I get to my goal weight , am I alright to stick to the plan and make it a lifestyle choice rather than have it as just a diet plan when I need it? Xx

absolutely ! Well done on the weight loss so far - 10lb's will be easee peesee for you now !

When you get to target you carry on SW - it's a healthy way of eating afterall - you just up the Heb's by 1 each week until you maintain. So if the first week you up by 1 and still lose weight then you'll up by 2 the following week - if the 2nd week you lose again - up it again by 1 - IF you continued losing then you could up your syns to 20 and see what happens that week.

It's always best to up your Heb's before syns though.
