Letmeout...No I'm not exercising yet...I don't plan on exercising for a few more weeks. I still feel a bit weak if I over exert at the moment.

WOW, thats so motivational, well done you!!
I lost 8 lbs this week (Week one SSing) and to honest, I was a little disappointed as I had seen some amazing losses on here but if next week could be better, then can't wait and back to the water!! :tear_drop: :tear_drop:

Last night I had my second weigh in. I was really pleased with a 7 lb loss last week but this week....11 lb. My counsellor had to check the scales to make sure they were right.
