11 meal shakes instead of 12!

So, just finished slim fast this week & I only had 11 meals instead of 12. So I rang them, they r sending me gift vouchers for my inconvenice. Result!

This is not the 1st time either, last week my ultra slim was the same - very annoying when u plan your week around the 12 meals!

Ok rant over, does any1 else have the same problem?

I never finish a tin so its empty but never know if its left over or a scoop less it just gets poured in to the next tin! When you called you should have asked who decided to put in 12 meals why not 14 so its two weeks worth! Ha ha realy annoys me !

They probably base the amount of meals you should get by it being completely level on the scoop and not a slight dusting of powder over that. All those tiny weeny bits add up. I'm surprised they didn't come back with something like that lol

Just bought a new tin, lets hope there r 12 meals in it or I will be phoning them again as its false advertisement, good job they r 1/2 price at the mo! Lol
