Wow amazing losses!!! How have you both managed to loose so quickly what diets are you doing? I've just started 3wks ago doin propoints and loving it..

Wow time flies its been about six months since i last posted but I'm still plodding along. I managed to lose 7 & 1/2st in 2012 and I'm hoping to lose the remainder before summer arrives, assuming we get one this year of course!
Tried jogging last night but so uncomfortable with a huge belly swinging around. Don't get me wrong i feel great & much healthier for losing weight but its the practical issues of having excess skin/blubber that still affect me & always will i guess
