11th Weigh-In Today!

I've lost 6lbs this week and that's a total of 3st 2lbs in 11 weeks - I can't believe it's been so quick. Really wanted to do three stone by my holiday and we leave on Monday so am very chuffed that I did it with a couple of pounds extra too. I never thought I'd be capable of doing this diet and sticking with it - I can't wipe the grin off my face today!
