Hello all it's so quiet on here but I so need to be able to track my efforts daily so here I am. I have tried to attempt VLCD's this year with no luck. I will be starting attack on Monday 28th March for 4 days.
Hoping to achieve a 7 lbs loss alongside going to the gym.

I will post my start weight on Monday.

I'm feeling ready!
