12 Stone Here I Come......

I've been very strict with what I eat, keeping the calories and fat content to a good level, plus I've been doing around 5 one hour bike rides a week so thankfully that must have cancelled out the beer intake last week.

Here's to an alcohol-free weekend!

Well, for those still reading, I made no loss this week on weigh-in day. I was 15st 4lbs on saturday morning, but then I lost my discipline a little bit over the weekend and then by weigh-in day on monday I had gained the 4 lbs back :(

So I am a bit p*ssed off with myself :sigh:

So....a mini-goal to get my focus back - reach 15 stone by November.....can it be done? :)
 
Sorry to hear u put back on 4lbs. But if u only cheated a little bit you shouldn't have put on 4lbs so it can just be water weight. so I wouldn't worry, just get back on track. Don't be disheartened, you will reach ur goal by November. Stay focus.

Stayed the same again. It's always depressing when you don't have to alter your ticker!

Staying the same is better than a gain but thats 0lbs off in 3 weeks now.

Time for some exercise...
