12 Weeks left of 2013

Well just over 12 weeks left of 2013- How much weight could someone lose in that amount of time? I'm about 23stone at the moment so I imagine I'll have a fairly big amount coming off each week in the beginning. But if i'm 100% between now and then you think I'd be able to lose 3 or 4 stone?

3 stone is definitely doable in 12 weeks. You may lose 4 as you'll have your first week in that time too.

I think that would put me in the 18's, don't think I've seen them in about a decade.

I am hoping to loose1- 2stones...but seems quite a lot.good luck with loosing 3-4 stones.

I'd ideally like to lose another 3 stone before Christmas however my weight loss seems to be slower this time than last time so my target is to get down to 17st 4lbs as this was the lowest weight I got to last year. I am currently 19st 2.5lbs so 26.5lbs to lost in 12 weeks which I think is doable

If you take the average that's around 3 stone in 12 weeks, maybe more if your just starting. As much as I'd love to be 3 stone lighter by then my weight loss has really slowed so hoping for 2.5!
