12lbs to go!

Well i have had a very draining emotional day (see diary) but i had a bloody good weigh in surprise today and i want to celebrate it as i feel i have acheived something i never thought i would.

I am 12lb from target and i have 1lb to go to get my 1 & 1/2lb sticker...

lost 4lb this week, which i am well chuffed with seeing i was very naughty friday night and i had gained the week before for no apparent reason.

So yeah i need something to lift me up atm so i am gonna concentrate on that.

Oh and I think my bmi may finally be heathy? Not 100% sure on that though
