12th Weigh in now in the 9 Stones

I am so chuffed

Had my 12th weigh in and am now 9 stone 13lb, I know it's only just in the 9's but I haven't been at this weight for over 18 yrs .

Started today on 1000 plan, and need to shift 6lb more til goal.

OMG then onto maintenance.

That's absolutely fanastic Tracey - well done. Enjoy the 1000 plan, it seems like soooo much food at first and make sure you go up the steps as it really does help with your maintenance.

Thanks to you all for your kind congratulations.

Don't worry I intend to carry on sticking to the plans, I don't want to undo what I've done so far.

I never want to be a yoyo dieter again. I can't afford it now anyway, I've thrown out all my old clothes and replaced them with new. Hubby would go beserk if I start replacing all the new ones again

I noticed you posted on my tomatoes thread!!!!!!!!! How scary is this 1000 lark, suddenly have choices to make and have to find the time to eat and cook the food.
