13 weeks in....

and ive lost 4 and a half stone (4lb this week)!!!only 2 to go till i start maintenance!wooooooooooooooooo. im stuck on a 4lb loss tho every week!not a bad thing but its crazy!

this diet kicks all other diets asses!!
