14 lb for Christmas

    :eek: I'm getting a bit unfocused, little treats creeping in :sigh:
    so decided to have a goal for Christmas and try and lose 1st :eek:
    Weigh day tomorrow so i'm hoping for a loss....week one wish me luck..:D

    It is doable - I'm sure you can do it. Just focus on that one size drop. At least i think it's about a size a stone or so.

    How's it going? Feeling motivated?

    I'm definitely aiming for the 14 lbs loss for Christmas, especially since I blew the October one - may be pushing it trying to lose a 6lbs between now and Sunday hehe! Never know though :D

    i blew the october challenge as well, only a total of 3 lbs but its a loss. Maybe was to ambitious what with all the birthdays.

    At least that's 3lbs gone :D

    I've matched you by the looks of it unless I can pull my finger out and stick to the Exante for two days, but can't see that happening. My loss is slow but at least I'm losing.

    Itsy - how you getting on with your challenge?
