The rules!

1. WI is every Wednesday with the first being 22/06

2. CLEAN and GREEN! No "frankenfoods" just pure induction foods

3. STRICT adherance to the induction rules

4. 1.5ltrs of water per day

5. At the very least 30 mins exercise per day (personally I will be doing lots more but I have a relatively stress free summer ahead of me!)

6. Check in at least once a week to let us know how you're doing with the following

1. WI result
2. lbs left until your boot camp goal
3. measurements (neck, arm, thigh, waist, hip and chest)
4. favourite meal of the week (to save us all from boredom!)

make sure you post your start weight and boot camp goal on here by wednesday

Yes! I'm up for that ... Great idea! Have arthritis so some days I'll not manage the walking... And I can't do measurements easily until I buy a tape measure... But...

Start weight - 304
Current weight - 290
Goal - 160 (130 to lose)!!!
 
Why would you want to do pure induction for 14 straight weeks. Is this healthy?

Can safely stay on it for 6+ months. I've been on induction for every pound i've lost and will be down to 15 stone. Then i'll move up.
 
Right starting stats:
Current weight: 214
Measurements (inches ok?) neck 14.5, arm (bicep right?) 13.5, thigh (mid) 23, waist 42 :eek:, hips 46, chest 47. Bloody hell that was painful :cry:
NEEDS TO CHANGE!

14 week bootcamp goal to lose 30lbs. I will update my weight on wednesday's, only a day adjustment for me for weigh day anyway.
 
Hellooo please may I jump aboard the boot camp train?! I'm starting tomorrow and weigh on Sundays, but I can post that WI on wednesdays instead?

Bootcamp goal: 32lbs
Bootcamp end weight: 180 - woohoo.

Starting weight: 12st 9
Bootcamp goal: 21 pounds
Measurements: Waist: 32, hips:43, Chest: 39
 
may be this is what i need too.
been stuck for so long, it's getting depressing!
got a couple of parties and a wedding in that time span though,. hmm. can i do it?

I am so excited to start this, I have all my food ready to go and I even dug out my water favourings from the old CD days to help me get my water intake up. I have a wardrobe full of size 14s to be fitting into for motivation too
 
size 14's....ooh i have so many nice clothes in a size 14.....ok, i'm in!
i'll do my measuring later when i go for a shower.

I will be calling upon you all in about 3 weeks time no doubt when I am gagging for a bit of toast!

my start weight is:
212lbs :(

My goal for bootcamp may be slightly ambitious but I am aiming for 3stone and a size 14/16

I have planned my food for tomorrow
b: scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms
s: 1oz cheese
l: Tuna and mayo salad
s: hard boiled egg
d: chicken breast, cabbage and bacon

Starting weight 14st 3lb
Want to get to 12st 7lb in these 14 weeks so that is 22lb I think this could be doable!!

me! I did LT and put on a stone and now want to shift 2.

Start: 10st13
End: 9st
 
What a fantastic idea! Just what I need for a busy summer! Although I think the exercise will be the hardest part :D

So:

Start weight: 256
Goal Weight: 228
So thats a loss aim of 2 stone.
