The rules!
1. WI is every Wednesday with the first being 22/06
2. CLEAN and GREEN! No "frankenfoods" just pure induction foods
3. STRICT adherance to the induction rules
4. 1.5ltrs of water per day
5. At the very least 30 mins exercise per day (personally I will be doing lots more but I have a relatively stress free summer ahead of me!)
6. Check in at least once a week to let us know how you're doing with the following
1. WI result
2. lbs left until your boot camp goal
3. measurements (neck, arm, thigh, waist, hip and chest)
4. favourite meal of the week (to save us all from boredom!)
make sure you post your start weight and boot camp goal on here by wednesday
