aiming for 14lb off.

at work today, menu is
bacon and eggs,
salad with corned beef,
cheeseburger pie.
pork scratchings
water water water!
 
Boot camp begins with :
Weight - 289lbs
Still haven't found tape measure

Will post meals later as I haven't a clue yet except for breakfast which will be egg with 2 slices of bacon.

I'm on it. Weighed today and start weight is 213lbs. Measurements as my last post. These will change. Come on!
 
I have been out today, bought the atkins new revolution book and a carb counter, tape measure and many bottles of water I am ready to roll.

Start weight 210lbs

the 30 day shred just well and truly whipped me!
 
Ok... Update on food

B - egg and 2 bacon
L - smoked salmon and rocket salad with drizzle of oil and vinegar
D - veg and one egg omelette - broccoli celery - and some cheese melted through - very yum!
Plus 3 cups of green tea and water - unmeasured
Maybe 10 mins of walking - knee still a bit painful
Will have Fibrogel before bed - yum yum! :)
 
menu:

B: 2 eggs and 3 rashers of bacon
L: salami and chorizo platter
D: Chicken stuffed with chorizo and 25g cheese
19g carbs and roughly 1500cal
30 day shred level one and 1 mile walking
2.5ltrs water and 2 cups green tea
 
Day one down and my food for the day was:

B: two slices of ham
L: chicken wings and a couple of tandoori chicken strips
D: mousakka-y thing (mince, mushrooms, a little aubergine and some cheese.
S: none
W: 2.5 litres
E: brisk walk through town - really must dust off my 30 day shred tomorrow.
 
tomorrow I am going to do the 30 day shred and a ministry of sound dvd, step it up a bit!

Tomorrows planned food
B: Egg and bacon
L: Tuna salad
D: Belly pork and cabbage
S: Cheese and ham roll ups
 
the food bit i can do, the exercise bit is difficult on twelve and ahalf hour shifts with another hour taken up with travel!

i'll do my best!
 
Chest and waist measured and both at 51 inches! 51!!!!! My waist was down to 46 :mad: I'm hoping that's just some water bloat from my latest feck up.

I've changed weigh in days to Wednesdays and looking forward to the first one!

Today's menu:

> Atkins shake and omega 3 capsules
> 2 egg omelette, 4x veggie hot dogs and low carb ketchup
> 100g corned beef
> bacon cheeseburgers, light mayonnaise* and fried mushrooms
> 50g cheese crisp

*light because it's MUCH LOWER in calories. I know we don't count but the carbs are only a little higher so it's a sacrifice worth making IMO.

Basing my calorie count on Harry Kronberg in the Atkins who who lost 3-3.9 pounds a week on approx 1930 calories a day...

I have woken up in the most ridiculous amount of pain, good pain, but pain nonetheless! Stupid exercise!

I have skipped to workout today as I have done 5 hours cleaning and my muscles are killing me!

B: Tuna and mayo
L: Belly pork, 3 cups of cabbage and 1 cup chestnut mushrooms (19gC)
D: Bacon and cheesy scrambled eggs

3ltrs water and some green tea

L: Tuna and mayo salad
D: Haddock in cheese sauce and cabbage

30 day shred and pump it up dvd tomorrow aswell
remembering how bored of bacon and eggs I get for breakfast!!
 
All going well here! Had the most amazing pork ribs today with cheezy mushrooms! Mmmmmmm!

You be careful with all that exercise you don't want to burn out or injure yourself :) xx
