aww thanks girls. sorry for the rant yesterday - i hate bringing the mood down but you are right it is a horrible time of year to partake in extreme dieting. I am forever turning down meals out and there just seems to be so much on at the moment. this week i have a work meal (I have refused), a kids birthday party (I can't get out of but will not eat), a sat night family do (I can't get out of) and our department lunch (I will make another excuse). i haven't told many people so i always have to think of an excuse.
also, there is food everywhere at the moment and its inescapable. however, i would like to say that my losses have slowed cos i am nearly at goal which i am grateful for and also that the clothes i wore last week today feel even bigger so i am sure i am losing inches all the time. for me, even having 2 CD meals a day and then a proper meal at least keeps my weight static so the days i do nibble don't make me gain (thankfully).
I did ok yesterday - first day in ages that i drank over 2 litres and had all 3 CD meals. feel ok today but like you Jessie I am tempted to stop till Jan but I am too scared to come off. my CDC thinks that i should carry on and if there are meals i need to eat then i should do. the alternative is to come off completely but i need my CD crutch and losing slowly is not so bad when you think that i have a proper meal every sat.
thanks for all your help - i am aiming for a ss 100% week this week! thanks again. i also think being on it for 8 weeks makes you a little complacent cos everyone who sticks to it gets to a point where the losses slow so i hope i have a good loss in the next 2 weeks.

DH is getting better, we have been married for 14 years tomorrow bless. I am in London though until late evening, so i have a early flight tomorrow morning 6.30 am from Manchester. So i'm up at 4am.
This morning was a nightmare getting over to warrington for a 9am meeting i left at 6.15 and hit the bad snow on the motorway its so scary sometimes. Anyway i am feeling good and will catch up tomorrow when i get back.

you may have seen in the main forum that i posted to say i am pregnant. am very shocked (watch out CD makes you v fertile) but happy.
really sad to come off CD, and am panicked about gaining everythign i have lost. for a few days i was really refusing to give up CD but now i have accepted i cannot do it. I have learnt to see the positives that at least i am pregnant one and half stone lighter than 2 months ago. i will keep chekcing in and am waiting for tracey to post that she is in the 19's. good luck girls and i hope you don't mind me checking in from time to time.

I am worried about Jessie B honey wonder if she has fallen off the wagon with her celebrations and thought sod it its nearly christmas. I am gonna really push hard this next 13days i had a bad weekend and ended up nibbling on crap that i didn't need. I am well back in kestosis and i really hope to pull this round and get a good amount off. You will easy be under 20 stone for xmas babes i know you can do it. XXX
