17 weeks

    hi every1, i have got 17 more weigh ins till christmas and i want to set myself a target to get too, anybody got any ideas on wat i should set it at, i was thinking maybe 15 to 20 lb xxx

    If you average it out to 1lb a week Hun, then 17lbs is achievable. There are weeks where you may sts, others where you loose huge amounts, but you will find that you have an average loss.
    Anything more is a bonus!!!
    Good luck!! Im aiming for the 17lbs loss myself!

    Definitely Hun...have you joined the Christmas challenge??? There is a thread on here that you just put your name on, how much you would like to loose before Christmas and each weigh in add to that. The weight losses so far have been fantastic!

    I agree - I think 1lb a week is realistic and achievable. Because we all have bad weeks and good weeks, it will even out and 1lb a week is a really sensible rate to lose. And that's over a stone...which will make a big difference to your waistline :)

    Good luck. Definitely join in our Christmas challenge. The thread is never too far away.

    Omg 17 weeks?! Is that all!? Crazy. Im aiming to *maybe* loose another 10lb before xmas, but we shall see.

    Ooooh I wanna get in on that! Am gonna take a leaf out of Stacey's book and set myself a water challenge for this week. Last week I lost eating a lot of SW versions of fast food, and whilst I had a really good loss with it, I don't want my body to get used to it and stop losing, so I am going to alternate this week with a lots of veg, superfree and superspeed week, and add the water challenge to that and see if it gives me an extra boost, plus do my tummy good! :D
