Hi All!!
Well I started WW on the 14th June and I have to say it's been pretty easy so far.
Recovering vegetarian....so I still stick to the wonders that are fruit and veg. With them being 0 p p. It's been pretty sweet
literally!
I haven't QUITE gotten around to enjoying beef again but hey ho, I'll get there eventually.
I'm down 17lbs in the 6 weeks since joining weight watchers - down a dress size, and I get to eat what I really enjoy! EVERY DAY!
I also work out minimum 3 times a week doing cardio and strength - so far so good! I do hate the aches and pains though!
I've always loved cooking and I'm using old school weight watchers recipe books and pro pointing them as I do them, as well as taking some inspo from the little booklets that came week 1-4
