ProPoints 17th times a charm!!!

Hehe. 45 mins driving wrong direction out of Santry!! Aaaah! There's a reason I only drive to my sisters and otherwise rely on the Luas! :)
My friend is goin Doin the 5km aswel and she's well able for it so hopefully she'll pull me along in the training... :)
 
Oh and I'm back to pilates tomoro nite. It's a 6 week course I've done before. Found it really good for my back but it's so hard to do it when I'm working as I do residential shift work.
But I've decided if I go back to work it's just something they will have to accommodate-it's for my health in the long run. And if my back us good then I don't end up out on sick leave... :)

So back to doctor today-no sign of goin back to work. Being sent to a pain specialist. Also Gona see if I can change the house I work in to one with no lifting (I would have to lift grown men in the house I work in at mo).

Went back to pilates tonite bcos it helped with my back the last time. Jees I'm gona be sore tomoro! All good tho.
Gona look at aqua aerobics aswel..

Roll on Thursday tho-WI day. Would love a splurge and Doin a meal/cinema deal with some of the girls...
 
Your day looks very tasty. I'm fancying a big splurge too but gonna try hold out till Saturday and beg mammy to babysit.. Would love to go to the cinema as well.

Hope the pain gets better. I know the only thing that has helped my back is the exercise. If I don't do something my back aches, but if I do nothing for a week it goes out and spasms. Its extremely painfull, but hasn't happened in a while. xx

Ya I feel the same. Moving helps and pilates is all about strengthening the back so I'm hoping it will help.
Hope urs doesn't go out again. It's awful! It's always worse in the morning-can't wait to get my new mattress! :)
Oh ya babysitter and cinema!! :)
My parents are up at weekend but they're used to me so I dont mind being good while they're up even if we go out for dinner. :)

Ya pilates must have helped already as i woke up with no back this morn. Did 1 & 3/4 hours walk today and had physio aswel today so well stiff now!! :)

I'm feeling sooooo picky today! Think its starting back exercising. Thought if i put up my diary it may waste some time until i feel full!! :)

WI tomoro-ive been sneakily checking during the week so i know ive def had a loss but unfortunately don't think ive undone Xmas! Oh well-as long as its the right direction! :)
 
ya i got a multi pack of meenies so theyre grand small packets-if i stopped at one! :)
Chorizo is spanish sausage basically-its spicy. Nice and easy to add to things with great flavour.
It doesn't look the greatest....

You can get mini chorizos as well that are lovely and easy to pp on the go. Think they are 2pp each. I love them in pastas they add loads of flavour for a small bit yummy.

You look like you had a great day. I used to love physio day because I felt great after it x
 
No it takes me a day or so to feel the benefit of physio-she's soooo mean im sore for first 24hours-then i start to loosen out properly. :)
Def gona look into Zumba aswel! :)
 
Did you ask the physio if it is okay for you to do? My physio is a big man, about 17stone, he cracks all the bones in my back from neck to bum and it is painful at the time, and often bruises but bloody brill after. I leave with a spring in my step hehe
 
some nice recipes on op trans website too.... Gona try and point them and try them... :)
 
yep i get the bruises aswel-she digs her elbows into bottom of my back and arse! Aaaah! :) Ill ask her before i do it but she was delighted id gone back to pilates! :)
